I received excellent service from this company. Professional customer service (largely through Buji), polite and ready to respond in any case. I ordered a bag and few days later I received an email saying that my parcel could not being delivered to my country (Cyprus) via the normal shipping I had chosen. The support team searched and suggested another shipping method so I wouldn't miss the chance to have my bag. Few days later the parcel arrived however due to a missunderstanding at the factory they had sent me a wrong item. I contacted them again and the issue was handled quickly and efficiently. My parcel finally arrived and I am very satisfied with its high quality. Soft leather, good seams, absolutely worth every dollar. I consider their customer service to be one of the best I have ever dealt with.
