It was necessary to set the prongs…
It was necessary to set the prongs extra narrow to pick up last years nut shells, and it worked well. I will need to reset them back when the new crop arrives this fall

Best service/communication ever. Seriously. Ever.
Well, it’s the best service I have ever received online. Ever. Makes Amazon look like amateurs. Seriously. How is THAT possible? Via your choice of method (text, email, whatever), within minutes you get a clear, concise confirmation of your order. Then a ship notice. Then tracking updates. Then a confirmation of delivery. I know it sounds like everyone else, but it isn’t. I don’t know how to explain it. It’s just better. Just buy anything from these people and find out. Even if you don’t need it, Buy it. And bask in the question: Why can’t everyone provide service like this? I don’t know these people, but I’m just so proud of them.

Works okay for onesies and twosies…
Works okay for onesies and twosies lying about, raking is still easier if there are more than just a few. Had a problem with the plastic arms that connect from the handle to the mechanism to clear pick-up head; nothing really holds it together and its arms kept falling off. Had to use duct tape to keep it together. Seems there should be some way to keep these securely connected. Overall does what it says it does.
