Responded to an email from Bag a Nut to clarify an item on my order which I had incorrectly ordered. I responded back by phone and they corrected the order and and reconfirmed that the correct item and the other items were what I really needed and shipped the same day. The items I ordered where of great quality and included proper instructions for assembly. The sweet gum ball 18 “ works great especially since I have eight of the trees on my property. Very pleased!

The machine was very easy to put together. It picks up leaves, sticks and gum balls. It sure does beat raking and scooping up the gum balls!!

Great product! This made the job much easier and quicker. There was no bending over and it picked up a variety of sizes of pine cones.

I have been burdened by two large sweetgum trees in my front yard for over 20 years. I have fought those gumballs and lost until now. I used the Bag A Nut for the first time today and was amazed! No longer will I rake and blow those pesky gumballs. I simply towed it behind my mower and emptied the baskets when they were full. No more all day chore raking and blowing only to do it again next weekend. Thanks Bag A Nut! Ps. looks like I can take a hook and hang it to the side of my garage, out of the way.

Ordered 3/29. Not received yet. No shipping details either. Turns out usps lost package. Baganut resent via fedex. Received on time. Excellent customer service to resolve problem.
