The bag a nut works fine out in the open yard but when you want to pick up in an area that has straw, it continues to get clogged up with the straw and starts dragging until you unclogged it. Spent a lot of time unclogging the machine. It still beat picking up by hand.

I don't have any trees in my yard but…
I don't have any trees in my yard but two of my neighbors have sweet gum ball trees which of course end up in my yard. I purchased the 18" sweet gum ball harvester and I am not sorry. It was an investment but the time spent getting them up was unbelievably quicker than raking and or blowing them. Love the basket which is easy to empty. Thanks for making an awesome product!

This is amazing
This is amazing. A little pricy bit sooooo much better than raking. Filled 5 30 gallon trash cans in a out 30 minutes. Picks up pods, leaves, small branches, anything that sticks. Amazing product

The thing just works
The thing just works. it is way way better than raking. clever design. Will forever change my spring time clean up. It will allow me to quickly do spot pickups through the season preventing gum balls from being trampled into the turf making them hard to get up. The engineer in me would make a few adjustments. I would make the roller taller (increase diameter) and the hopper deeper to prevent pile up. I would also modify the sides so they don't catch gum balls and get stuck making that card in the spokes sound like when were kids. Good job guys.

I thought this product was expensive…
I thought this product was expensive but after years of picking up Gumballs I found this and ordered one. It has worked very well and was definitely worth the money. I have thousands of Gumballs to pick up from trees that are just next to my property so I could not do anything about them. You must use it while the Gumballs are on top of the grass, Once they are pressed into the ground it will not pick them up so use it weekly and its great.
