Quick order processing and shipping. Great product design. Picked up about 35 gallons of small acorns in 2 hours (after blowing off leaves). Hopefully the plastic components hold up in the long run. I’m planning to setup my kids with a niche service to help pay for it.

The stab a nut arrived quickly and it works. The only thing I don't like is how the "strut" on one side of the device keeps coming out of place and I have to keep putting it back. I know it was made to be easily dissassembled but it really needs some type of fastener to keep it from doing this! Irritating!

Product works great. It was a little pricey but worth it so far.

Wonderful customer service. Polite, helpful and efficient. Harvester was delivered in 3 days. Picks up great. I'm impressed. Saved me time and stress on my back. Just wish it was made totally of metal.

No hardware included to build so can't use. Now have to contact company which isn't available until Monday and wait more time to be able to use. Disappointing for something this pricey. Can't review on how well it works as of yet.

Hello. I am really sorry about this! I will make sure we ship you the hardware tomorrow morning(Monday). The hardware should have been with the baskets in the white bag. We will send you an email with tracking details tomorrow. If you have any other issues please let me know. Again I am really sorry about the missing hardware! First i purchased the product because it was made in the United States by a family owned and run business. It really does work, mostly made of plastic, and I think that it is overpriced and could be made a little bit better for the price. We’ll see how it stands up.
