2-3 stars for customer service
He loves it and seems to have even more energy than before. However, I did not realize we were subscribed. I wanted to try it out before I committed because it is expensive and I cannot afford to give it to him as the main part of the meal. I’m using it as a topper. In addition: although I have received three emails asking for a review and notifying me of a shipment I have not received an invoice or a receipt so that I can see how much this shipment is costing. That is why I only gave it three stars and I am tempted to reduce it by another star.

VERY EXPENSIVE
First of all, My pup loves it but she also loves the used kitty litter. Anyway, it's $35 for 24 ounces. Per the chart, for my pups weight, I'm supposed to give her 2.5 cups per day. So, that 24 ounce bag should last 3 days? Maybe it's worth it but I still can't afford it.

The food…my Yorkie loves it and has…
The food…my Yorkie loves it and has stopped scratching. The customer service…or lack of…gets zero stars. Received my order missing one bag of food. Tried to contact customer service through email twice and no response. Tried to call and was on hold for an hour before I finally hung up. I wish my dog didn’t like this food!

VERY hard, sharp pieces
My picky Lhasa Apso loved the smell and taste of this dog food, which was a hopeful miracle. After giving her ten "nuggets" with three different meals over three days (30 total) she had several horrible black, slimy bowel movements which made a horrible mess at night in our dining room. Needless to say I returned the food with no problem. Comments regarding the food itself: 1) It's quite expensive. 2) The pieces are quite jagged and sharp. 3) It's harder than other food on the market 4) It is difficult for small-muzzled dogs to chew

Ridiculously overpriced for such tiny bags.
My dog's love it but I've never seen bags this small in my life and it is cost prohibited.. My family has to eat too. The pricing is absurd

40 lbs dog = $30/day
My 3 x 40 lbs labradoodles like the food, but it is horribly cost prohibitive. According to the directions, each dog should get a full bag a day - with the discounts and subscription, ballparking $30/meal/dog = $120/day....I don't spend this much to feed my family of 4.

My dog is a 13 yr old Havanese Lhasa…
My dog is a 13 yr old Havanese Lhasa mix who weighs about 15lbs. She has about 6 teeth left and this food is so dang tough to eat. She is very picky and actually liked this food for a week. Now it’s just too difficult and she’s bored with it. I’ve microwaved it for 12 seconds to soften it, but doesn’t really work. Every time I call the number with a question, It takes 20 or 30 mins to get thru. I get a nice gal who works from her home so not a very good operation for us customers. Need to cancel my subscription unless you have softer food.
