My dog will not eat it and the guarantee seems great but it will cost almost half for postage to return it … so lesson learned

Customer service asks us to be honest…
Customer service asks us to be honest and so here it is: this food is terrible, my dog won’t eat it and neither will any other dog I tried it on. Customer service never returns calls and keep sending their long winded ads which are a joke. This company stinks and so does their food.

It's a NO GO for my dog!
My 18# Lhasa Apso wouldn't touch the food. It may be full of nutrients, but good grief, you'd have to be Midas to feed any size dog, much less those who have multiple dogs or big sized dogs. I wanted to return it, but having trouble finding out who to contact. I see someone was offered only 40% of cost back, so don't know if it is worth it. May have to donate the bag.

My dog is 5 lbs
My dog is 5 lbs. She cannot eat this food because it is hard like rocks. I purchased 3 bags. This food is for large dogs, but no where on the packaging does it say so. Very annoyed!!!!!!!

So so so disappointed
So so so disappointed. I bought one bag to try with my great Pyrenees dogs. I have 3 weighing 140 160 and 190. They are very picky eaters and I desperately want to feed them right. All I got for my 40 dollars was a small 24 oz bag. They did love it but come on I'm a senior on a fixed income. I felt so scammed when that came in the mail. If I had known that's all it was I never would have bought it. Unless you're wealthy I wouldn't bother.
