Very SAD
My dog loves this food! Unfortunately I would have to feed him a bag a day. There is absolutely no way I can afford to give this to him! It breaks my heart because I want to give him what is good for him!!!! Believe me if I hit the lottery or come into money I will definitely be buying this food!!!! I wish it was not so expensive !!!!!!!🥲😕💔

Hello Chrystal. My name is Paige, I am with Badlands Ranch. I apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced. We strive to keep our formulas as affordable as possible, while maintaining our very high standards of quality ingredients. We do understand that larger breed animals will need more food. In this case, we recommend adding Superfood Complete as a topper to their regular food. This way your pup will still receive the great health benefits of Superfood Complete. A great way to receive the lowest available price is to start a recurring order for Superfood Complete or by signing up for our email newsletters. You will be instantly notified of offers and discounts. If you ever have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out. My email is [email protected]. Have a nice day.

I don't recommend the food
I had a wonderful experience with customer service who refunded my money promptly when I told them the food made my dog sick. I had to send back the bags I had ordered but other then that I got my food when they said and had no problem with the return or refund. The customer service is 5 stars but alas the food is 1 star. My experience was in mid to late 2022 so its a guess to what the date was.

Horrible customer service
Very disappointed in their customer service. I placed an order January 8th and I had to call them today and asked them where my order is. I was told that it might not ship out till the 25th of January. I believe that is unacceptable to take my money and not ship my product till almost 3 weeks later

Ordered on 11/30 and finely received…
Ordered on 11/30 and finely received two weeks later. In the meantime they put me on auto ship. I tried to call to tell them I have three senior dogs. One who is in final stage heart disease. In the two weeks Between the time I ordered and the time I received the order I called more times than I can remember to cancel. I left two voicemails. Called American Express on told them to stop payment which they did. American Express has been trying to get someone to send return labels since I refuse to feed my pups anything made by people who won’t return phone calls. They won’t return American Express calls either.

SCAM - DO NOT BUY
I have a senior dog (18 1/2 years old), and her health is declining, so I’ve been searching for things to help give her proper nutrients and gain some weight. I saw the video ad on Facebook and thought this would be great to try. I placed my order 12/22/22 and the confirmation email stated it would be shipped out within 2-7 business. I contacted customer service today to get an update on when to expect my order and I was told that their dog food is out of stock and there is no telling when it will be back and available. I’m so disappointed in this company. To have Katherine Heigl push out ads and give this false hope to have access to a product that isn’t available is not right and a scam. Had I not contacted them, I would have been waiting for who knows how long. If it isn’t available then stop taking people’s money and make it known it is out of stock.
