I'd love to give you guys five stars. The sausage is phenomenal, and if you take as much care in packing and shipping your product as you do in making it, you'll get it from me next time. The meat was at a questionable temperature, and the packaging / labels were falling apart from being water soaked. The "ice" packing you provided was sub-par. Hopefully you're making adjustments. The shipping was a bit slow and the bacon arrived at room temp and the ice packs were not remotely cold/frozen.

Hi N.A., All our orders across the US ship USPS Priority Mail give or take an average of 2-3 days to be received. Sometimes postal has issues along the way while in transit that is beyond our control, but if brought to our attention we will do whatever necessary to make the proper corrections. Our gel packs are sustainable for about 3 days to keep product cool, but should immediately be refrigerated upon receiving. Understandably, the weather across most states have been high in temperatures and the packs have cooled quicker. If your bacon received was not in quality condition you definitely should give us a call so we can do whatever is necessary to rectify the situation.

only reason for 4 Stars is that when the package arrived the sausage was already thawed and the ice packs where only cool. Other that that it was great,

They did ship the wrong shipment intially.. But they responded very quickly to fix the situation. And my brother in law said the quality was fantastic!

The bacon was lean, tasty and was what I expected from the add. The order was on time still cold and well packaged. I will be ordering this product again.
