I sent this as a gift and it included…
I sent this as a gift and it included an invoice with the pricing on it!!!!! Not happy about that all.

Hi Shannon, So sorry to hear your gift was sent with pricing. I don't understand how this could have happened since we always send orders with only a packing list, no pricing. The only time invoices are sent is when they are specifically requested, and this almost never happens. Hi Robert, Unfortunately, with the 4th of July holiday sitting in the middle of the week we didn't want to run the risk of perishables going bad before reaching your recipient. It was sent out yesterday as we agreed upon. Hope you have a great week!! Bacon Freak

Poor packaging :(
Poor packaging :( Package arrived quickly, but the inside of the box was filled with gel from the cold pack, which had a big slice in it (as if from a Razor). It leaked while thawing, when in transit. All product labels (except the packages of jerky, which was in another plastic bag) were wet with the gel. I washed it off, but a few small gift items were unusable. I did not report this to the Customer service department, although I should have. (I have photos!)

Hi Kathleen, So sorry your order arrived the way it did. If I may ask, was the box damaged in transit or was it only the slice in the gel pack? You are the customer and we want you to be happy.
