Will never buy from this company again. I ORDERED FEMALES. & was sent males. & not in great condition. Male chameleon had sore on his face. I ended up having to buy whole new set ups for the males I recieved all for their MESS UP. Reached out to their company to see if they would resend me females and they were rude and not helpful at all. They told me the male female option button is just a “preference”. What kind of bullshit is that. If you’re not going to send what people wanted then give them an option to cancel the order. & WHY PUT A MALE/FEMALE option if you’re not even going to abide by the selection the customer picked. Do not buy from them unless you want to be disappointed

I ordered a white dumpy frogs from them and it died 11 hours and 5 mintues later. I had humidity and heat perfect. The shipping temperature was 42/43 and there terms said 40 or below they won't refund. THEY SEND SICK AND DYING ANIMALS AND DON'T CATE ABT ANYTHING BUT THE MONEY. THE THING THAT PISSES ME OFF IS HOW THERE TREATING THESE ANIMALS LIKE THERE JUST PROFIT.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I had initially placed an order for a red bearded dragon and after the order was placed I asked them to how red their bearded dragons were. They told me they didn't have any blood red bearded dragons that they leaned more towards sunset beardies. Then after getting the lizard I emailed them again clearly upset that I did not get what I ordered when I got was a citrus blue bar hypo and not a red. This company is misrepresenting what they're selling and can't take accountability. I have the whole email thread to show people their level of BS. Had to give a 1 star in order to leave a review otherwise I wouldn't bother giving them that

Do not buy from this company!!! Not only do they not send you what you ordered. No one picks up the phone, mail box is full. So you can only email them and they are not helpful at all. They shipped me half my order, admitted that is was their fault and refused to send me the rest of my order unless I paid an additional $55 shipping. Zero customer service. Go to your local pet store, don't support this place.

AVOID!! Submitted a 5min video digging up the dead animal as our 3RD attempt to provide proof of dead animal - refund DENIED. Clearly they don’t back their shipments as promised.

Arrived quickly but the gecko appears sickly and possibly blind. He walks around with his eyes closed and bangs into the glass walls, as if he can’t see. His bones appear deformed as if lacking good calcium. His skin is hanging, as if dehydrated. Feel so bad for him. White eyes with red rims.

Do not order from them, they have a terrible way of tracking orders. I payed almost 100 dollars for an iguana and i even showed prof it got taken out of my bank account from there site, they said sorry we cant find your order. Still won’t give me a number to refund me or anything

Stay far away from this sketchy place backwater reptiles.... geckos arrived with mbd and 1 died 2 days after arriving... contacted customer service and they blamed it on me???
