I bought 2 Mack snow geckos and they arrived very active and healthy. Anytime I emailed someone they always got right back to me . I have now had them for 3 days and they are eating great and I am very happy with my purchase and would buy from them again.

I am impressed. I purchased 2 axolotls that came today from Backwater Reptiles and I asked them to hand pick a good, healthy Lucy and a wild type. I was shocked to see the Lucy, no flakes or freckles and is a classic looking lucy, very good looking, then came the wild classic which I am blown away by his color, markings, and his beautiful gill antlers and the amount of racks, def the best looking axolotls I've seen or owned in the past. The staff went above and beyond to pick out, and chose 2 of their best for me. Thanks guys, you made my winter, lol. Looking forward to ordering from you and not messing with the other stores, if you want a critter you will be pleased with the quality of the animals and shipping was a breeze, 5 stars, easily😋

I ordered a tarantula without previously checking if it’s legal in my state. I let them know the issue and that I’d like to be refunded. I ordered an Egyptian Uromastyx cb hatchling. He/she arrived alive and crawled right onto my hand from the box/tub. "Chompers" ate within minutes of being placed in his enclosure and has a great personality. It's been a few weeks and he loves to be hand fed flowers and treat veggies. He's a great pet now and I'm excited about him growing bigger in the future. He will always be one spoiled lizard.
