Backwater ReptilesReviews of backwaterreptiles.com

I saw some poor reviews online and just want to say that I ordered a small veiled chameleon, in the winter, and she was shipped to me in a heated and insulated box, very secure. She arrived 4 hours late in cold weather but was still happy as a clam and ate 6 crickets right after arriving. I would suggest this company again and again, hands down!

I am hesitant to give 5 stars due to the large number of complaints on this site, but I do have to share my experience. I ordered a Colorado River Toad, it showed up on time, and extremely happy and healthy. The packaging was great, and I had zero issues assimilating him into his new habitat. 6 months later he is still happy as can be and continuing to enrich my life. I love my Colorado River Toad and would never give him up for anything! I am so happy with this, I have put myself on the waiting list for a Waxy Monkey Tree Frog. Can't wait until they get them back in stock!

I just received two albino pac man frogs yesterday. They are absolutely adorable, and in great shape. Backwater reptiles was super quick in responding to any questions or concerns I had, and even gave me tips of care after the frogs long trip! I highly recommend shopping with them. This is my second experience, and the first was just as great!

I bought a baby red ear slider and hatchling bearded dragon from them. After several emails about being out of stock of certain beardies, they shipped me a beautiful citrus bearded dragon with zero hassle. It's been over a month now and both the turtle and the bearded dragon are eating and growing like weeds. I will definitely be purchasing through them again.

I just received my iguana and baby red eared sliders, they are so beautiful and healthy I’m so in love with them. I have ordered from them before before and they are always there to answer any questions I had . Always got help from them . Will definitely order from them again

Hi guys. I purchased Red in the Summer of 2019 and I received her as a spiderling approximately the size of a dime. It's now Winter in Montana and she just molted again. Her radius is approximately 2&1/2 inches now. I'm so very happy with every aspect of the services I've received from Backwater Reptiles.

We ordered our iguanas Feb 14th. Our order was delayed due to the weather here in Tx but once the weather broke our order was sent Feb 23rd and we received 2 healthy blue iguanas that are very active on Feb 24th. We will order from you guys again thanks!

Ordered 3 different leopard geckos from this company. First time ordering online and the geckos were all very lively and happy when they arrived. It’s unfortunate what happened to some others with shipping. Everyone is at the mercy of the shipper once it leaves the breeders hands. Mine were a day late, but it wasn’t their fault. The babies were all good and are settling in nicely. Thanks guys!
