Great communication and if they don't have what your looking for they will offer you a substitute or a refund.

Made substitutions and still got my order to me in a timely manner! Will for sure be making more orders in the future!

We recently bought a blue tongue skink from Backwater Reptiles. Other than a small snag in shipping, through no fault if theirs, we had an excellent experience. Our new addition arrived happy and healthy and is settling in very nicely.

I am very satisfied with my recent purchase the boas was in great condition and no parasites or ticks . I first ordered a ball python for my son and it went out of stock for other orders and I was contacted immediately by them and his second choice was about $20 dollars more and they gave me it as the same price, which made me happy, and I got them in about 18 hours and I live in West Virginia, if I had to buy again and I definitely will it will be with Backwater Reptiles, thanks for your service!!
