I just received a female red tail boa and she is beautiful. her tail is obviously beautiful but she has a pink tint to her and her head and eyes are dope. She is also a sweetheart and no signs of aggression. Very satisfied with my purchase even though the reviews suck.

He arrived in great healthy shape. He is happy and full of life, the packaging was excellent and they puput effort into making sure my lil guy made the trip. They are very nice and positive. I havent had a problem buying amphibians or reptiles from here. Id reccomend buying from here again.

Frogs arrived in great shape and acclimated well, even though they arrived on a somewhat chilly morning! (37 degrees) After a few minutes in the water dish, they started hunting crickets pretty quickly! This a a great company to work with!

My experience with backwater reptiles was great the snake i order was unfortunately not in stock they emailed me that it wasnt and quickly they emailed me saying that more of the type of color snake was in stock just a different morph. I got my snake in a day after they emailed me it was set to ship that day, the next day i received her well alive and non-aggressive shes a baby but she is a snake. 5 stars all the way definitely a great site to order all your reptiles needs!

We just got our baby Creamsicle corn snake and are madly in love with her. Great coloring. Responsive when we moved her to her temporary tupperware home for monitoring until her 6’ custom curio cabinet refurb home is done. Customer service has been prompt in response and helpful with start up info. Thanks Backwater!

Ordered a Red Knee Tarantula (Brachypelma smithi) spiderling. Unfortunately, the first animal did not survive shipping. The sales team was prompt, informative, and got a replacement here within a week. Would recommend based on my experience.
