There is a phone number, which they will never answer. You can pay for an order and expect it but it will be days before you even receive an email as to why you heard nothing nor received anything. Worst customer service of ANY company.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I made the mistake of getting some supplies from them. Thankfully I didn't go through with ordering a Tarantula. However after days and days of nothing. I reached out multiple times. After a while of them ignoring me and failing to refund me after stating they will I had to go through my bank to get my money back. Backwaterreptiles tried scaring me away with doing a charge back. I have all the emails. Do not deal with them.

Do not order from these people. They screw up the orders and ask for government documents. Shady dealings, get your supplies elsewhere. Try Josh’s frogs.

Got a dead frog on Friday 80$ took a picture of the obviously dead frog but they didn't get back to me until Monday stating that they needed a picture of the frog on top of the shipping label. Refused to refund or send a new frog. They also sent the wrong type of frog on top of that. Long story short they stole 80$ from me 🤣 trash company trash people
