Our purpose is to help those who suffer from chronic pain to get back on track with insight, targeted rehab exercises, and tools to better deal with intense thoughts and feelings that keep us feeling stuck. I am a board certified chiropractic physician with a masters in sports medicine. I have seen many patients who struggle with pain on a physical level that have biopsychosocial factors that contribute to their suffering. I focus on taking the time to understand someone’s unique pain journey before jumping into physical assessment. From there, education, physical rehabilitation, and mental tools and skill building are used to empower individuals to get back to their lives before pain took over.
