Backflip is the bomb diggity : meaning super super wonderful, so easy and convenient and pricings is super fair love u guys ke

I have been exceptionally pleased with backflip. Courteous and helpful. I was able to talk to the dispatch team to get an idea of when the truck was arriving. My only suggestion is to maybe have a few more people on chat, the wait time exceeded the 5 minute suggested reply time. I highly recommend using them.

I love how easy it is for the front door pick up and drop off! They took my stuff without hassle, and offered a fair price for what I do not have the time or patience to sell online 😊

This company really is great. We dragged TONS of stuff out of our crazy crowded garage and had it all out. A lot of it was junk, but I was under the impression They'd take it all. Of course they don't want an old, dirty cow bell! And when the lady that came to pick up and said she couldn't take all of it, I became a real bit**! She kept her cool and was so nice and sweet, despite my constant rude grumblings. She took about 1/4 of what we had out, but the next day the price value came in and I was floored. It was so much more than I expected. That made me very happy and ashamed of how I behaved. I will most definitely use them again!! (and be nicer next time... so sorry!)

First time using back flip saw it on Facebook was a little sceptical but I took a chance glad I did the had a hard time finding my place but we stayed on the phone until he found me he was really nice I got estimate the next 24 hours later Amazon gift card I love this company I'm already on my second sell can't wait to clean house and sell. Thank you Back flip

This service is great!! Everything went as smoothly as they said it would. I was pleasantly surprised with the amount I received! Without the hassle of posting on a for sale page, and arranging meet up times and dealing with no shows. I received payment so quickly too. Definitely recommend to a friend.

So damn easy! Everything happened as the website said it would. They came to me, picked up my product and within 24 hours (business hours, so pay attention!) I had an offer. Once I accepted they sent me the info to fill out to get paid and the money showed up in hours. Can’t wait to rummage through the drawers at home to find more stuff to sell!
