Looking forward to working with Back At You.
After a week of using Back At You, I needed support for the very first time. I needed assistance with an Instagram account. Yesterday, I utilized their chat support and got Allison on the other end. She was eager to schedule some time with today in order to assist. She called me on the dot and immediately began driving. She assisted me with a pleasant attitude, as well as some humor which was refreshing in the world of customer service. She helped me create my Instagram account, assisted with a few other things I simply couldn't do myself. I am now connected and am looking forward to using the service even more now that I know there are people like her for Back At You support team. Thanks Alli!
