Loved the product and had fast shipping, unfortunately my son wore his onsie one time before the entire picture is unidentifiable. Sad that I paid so much when the pictures don't last at all.

ITEM CAME APPEARING TO BE NEW BUT THE BUTTON WAS BROKEN. I PAID GOOD MONEY FOR THE OUTFIT AND LOVE IT BUT WAS SAD THAT THE BUTTON CAME ALREADY DESTROYED AND THERE ARE NO RETURNS. I LOVE THE CLOTHES ON THE SITE SO I WILL BUY FROM THEM AGAIN ONCE MORE AND SEE IF ANYTHING ON NEXT ITEM IS DEFECTIVE.

I did no receive my complete order (1 of 2 purchased items), nor did I receive any communication about the order issue.

First experience with BabySwag, and I never received my package. Customer service offered to file a claim with USPS for me instead of just sending me another onesie. $40 is not much to lose to offer great customer service and ensure a repeat customer, but I guess they don't care to go out of their way for the customer. So now I am out $40, no gift for a baby shower, and waiting to hear if I will be refunded or not.

Love the clothes, hate their policies. We have had the package they set not arrive TWICE now and both times the only response was to take it up with USPS. Totally uncompromising.

When placing my order I missed the fact that all sale items were final and could not be returned. I was disappointed that the quality of the item (romper) wasn't worth the price I paid ($30 -- regularly $49). There was no description of the item, and the romper was too thin for the price. I wish I could exchange it or get a credit towards another item that I can use since I was disappointed in my purchase. I will never order sale items from Baby Swag again... Most stores will even take sales items back to have a satisfied customer.
