I placed my order almost a month ago and have yet to receive it. It has shown as pre-shipment (items not shipped) by USPS for over a week now. Extremely disappointed in the customer service of this company!!

Bad experience! Its like they run it from home. You call a 800 number for customer service and get a voicemail to leave a message. Noone ever picks up the phone nor get back to you :/

What a fraud. I order a hat for my son size 12-18 months. They send me a hat that would fit a newborn and when I asked them to exchange it they told me it was a final sale and to suck on it!!!! Never had that problem with Gucci or Hermès kids.
