I've never come across anything like the BSMS program or its community. The design of the program is insightful, as are Jilly and the support team, who have been incredibly present for me in a way I could never have expected. They have been amazing to collaborate with as we navigate particularly unique circumstances, including our neurodiverse daughter, and I am forever grateful. (I'm giving 4 stars because I'm still doing the program but have had to take it very slow - I look forward to updating it to 5 once I've finished!)

Jilly’s program works really good. I have seen improvements in my LO sleeping pattern. He does not need mommy anymore to hold him and rock him or feed him to sleep. No more props. Still working on night wakings. M sure that will come too.. I would highly recommend to my friends and it’s worth spending money. Thank you so much Jilly..

It’s a miracle! Last night was the first time in months that my LO has slept all night in her cot and without me having to attend to her! This program has helped me better understand what my LO needs for her to sleep well and for me to get some rest too! We are just starting lesson 6 and are already seeing huge improvement! I would definitely recommend this program to all mums and dads who want a better night sleep!
