I have found Jilly and her team very supportive and super quick in getting back to me on questions and queries. As far as sleep training support goes, it took me a while to decide on purchasing the right programme for us. What made the difference for me was to have several options when it came to the actual method, as well as the actual access to tailored support via the Facebook page, all of this packaged at a very reasonable price. Our little 9 months old was a fairly good sleeper but the randomness of her wakes up at night was really tough on us. The programme did help, having structured plans on how to how everyone night was super helpful. She now consistently sleeps with fewer or no wakes. Thank you Jilly!

Beyond impressed with this program if was I helpful for my and my little one. She wasn’t sleeping through the night and ever since I trusted this program she has. This program broke down all the steps in a concise and clear manner. It gave me more confidence in taking the steps I needed to take in order to get my baby sleeping through the night. Great program, which improved our baby sleeping routine

I loved the materials provided in the 21 days to peace and quiet programme. Clear step by step guides and visual aides were really helpful. We were already on the right track when we started, our son already falling asleep independently, but he still woke up several times at night to feed. Now he only wakes once a night if at all and knows how to resettle himself. Now I also get more sleep and feel much better again during the day!

I’m on lesson 6 and yesterday was a major win. Baby Matthew who is 6 months slept from 8pm to 8am with 1 night feed! Amazing! There are good nights and not so good nights and just want to encourage moms and dads to just keep at it, little by little things get better and baby sleeps better. Thanks Jilly and team.

My daughter was just a terrible sleeper. She was being rocked to sleep at night and for naps. She'd also be awake for 3 hours in the middle of each night. I was starting to lose it. I had tried everything I read and nothing was working. So I finally decided to sign up for 21 Days to Peace and quiet and it was a game-changer. The absolute best part was the Facebook group and live calls. Honestly, most of what was in the course I had already learned from multiple sources. But my problem was is that I had too much information. Having the group and calls where I could talk to the team helped me figure out an exact game plan. I pretty much dedicated a month to focusing getting my daughter's sleep to where it needed to be. And without the help of the team I would not have been able to make it through that month.

This program has been such a help with getting my LO to sleep through the night and regulate our nap times! So thankful I found Jilly and her program!
