This program is so easy to follow, and can work for anyone! Jilly & her team are so responsive, and genuinely care about each one of us. I highly recommend to any moms who are struggling with getting their little one to sleep.

I just have to say how much I love this program and believe in it! I have recommended it to everyone who has asked me how we got our daughter to sleep so well. And I’m even more of a believer after we recently took a trip away from home for the first time and she slept in a new environment just as easily as she does at home! I was completely prepared for tears and to have to go back to checking in since I knew she had never been in this house before and is not used to sleeping in a pack and play. We did her nightly routine as close to how we do at home as we could and she went right down for night sleep and naps without a problem! She is 15 months and we first sleep trained her at 9.5 months using the check-in method. It did take a few months for her to stay consistent but I am just so so happy with the results and how this program was able to be “customized” for her personality and all of the virtual support I received from Jilly when we were first getting started. If you are struggling with your child’s sleep, get this program! You won’t regret it! I can’t promise it will be easy but all I can say is stick with it, trust Jilly and her team, and utilize their support via zooms and posts on their FB group as much as you can when you hit snags. It really makes all of the difference! My husband and I have our evenings back to spend together and our daughter gets the sleep she needs to grow and develop. Thanks a million, Jilly!

I came to 21 Days to Peace and Quite after finding Jilly's Survival Kit for Exhausted Moms - I was definitely feeling exhausted, frazzled, stressed, and my partner and I were arguing because we were so tired. Our baby was waking up every 1 - 2 hours and taking ages to settle, and I just didn't know what to do for the best. We have seen huge improvements from night one! I tried the free survival kit offered by Jilly and it was so helpful. My son was only 7 weeks old when we started with the peaceful nightly ritual and he slept for longer stretches from the very first night! We were able to go from a completely unpredictable and restless night to a fairly set bedtime and more sleep at night. That's why I decided to purchase the sleep training program now that my son is almost 5 months old. We've been doing the ritual ever since and slowly started implementing some of the sleep training steps. We've just had our first night outside of our home and my son didn't even seem to notice that it was different, because we were able to stick to our simple PNR! I'm not quite ready for the last step yet, but I'm confident we will see success with this program all the way through! Thank you to Jilly and her team🙌🏼
