RETURNS NIGHTMARE This app and company gave my wife and I more stress than it ever did helping us. It looks great at first BUT what they don’t tell you is that half the wonderful people that will gift you items will buy it directly off Amazon or not mark it correctly in the Babylist app and then both Babylist AND Amazon will both say it’s not their problem—“we can’t help you due it being a third party.”…even though their app is DESIGNED to connect to third party. We used Babylist for our registry and within a few weeks were stressed because things that we needed to return are now worthless to us because Babylist and Amazon both are saying they are not responsible for the return. At the end of the day it’s Babylist that’s the issue because if you build your registry directly on Amazon or Target, they will help you actually return items. We are now spending hours building an all new registry outside of Babylist for a shower that’s now less than a month out. Terrible experience.

Terrible customer service. The entire experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and handled very poorly. I expected much better, especially from a company that caters to expecting parents and families. I would not recommend Babylist based on the way I was treated.

I definately will not be using babylist again. Bought a gift from them and the gift was promised a delivery date a week before the baby shower , now the shower is over and still have not received the gift. They blamed it on the courier and take no accountabilty what so ever

Ordered a Boppy Nursing Pillow to be delivered to the expectant mother with a card telling her who the donor was. The pillow arrived in a cardboard box, no card, no plastic or paper wrapping, even though these usually come wrapped in plastic or in a bag from the manufacturer. Just thrown in the box!!

There website is not iser friendly. They also dont have a reminder set. So as big as this website is it is lacking friendliness. You add all the people which is time consuming but you can set up to have them remind people to RSVP. They tell you to regenerate a text message/email to those that havent responded to respond. So here is another time consuming factor. You have to look at those who haven't responded the creat a test message with this people and send out reminder. Navigation is terrible also. I wont ever use this or suggest anyone to use this

Babylist is awful. The return process when it’s purchased through a store that they allow to link their products is horrible. You get screwed if you’re gifted multiples. Even target won’t help because it’s not directly their registry.

A HUGE MESS! Update: I was contacted by email from the registry. The representative was kind and helpful. Still, my review stands. I appreciate the rep, but the process took half of my day and caused an unreasonable amount of frustration. I wanted to purchase a gift through the registry. If I go into detail about using this site, it would take pages… suffices to say that it was HORRIBLE! Navigating the site and trying to make multiple purchases took me, literally, hours! I ended up buying on Amazon but the registry wouldn’t even give me the shipping address. That took another 2 hours. I got the address and completed my Amazon purchase but the registry still shows 4 items in my cart! They won’t let me remove the items and delete my attempt and I fear that someone else might buy the items, sending unnecessary duplicates. Their AI chat was unhelpful and more aggravating. Don’t use this registry… the people wanting to buy things for you will HATE IT!

Horrible. I ordered an item shown as available for purchase. Then I tried to indicate that I bought it. It then shows me that it is already bought. Now she will get 2 as I cannot return it and can only get store credit. Such a crummy experience.
