Was not able to contact a person to discuss tracking. There is no way to talk to a person on the phone. It took one minute to place an order and after 60 minutes still not able to talk to someone.

TERRIBLE!!!!! If I could rate no stars I would! I have told everyone already not to use that registry and infect use my other ones! They are a scam and steal money! Never received packages! They have no customer service options other than chat bots and email!!! Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! Will never use again for even looking!

Ridiculously overpriced. They hide prices from Amazon or they advertise prices from Amazon as more expensive, but in fact Amazon beats their prices if not match almost always.

Terrible customer service. Takes several weeks to ship items. Tracking items is terrible. All their products have a terrible mark up. The list goes on

Do not use this service!!! They do not have a phone number that works for customer service and they do not respond to emails. There Is no communication between them and the customer. They are also more expensive than most websites. In addition, you cannot track anything unless you get another app? Why can I track purchase on all other websites. Please do not use!!!!!

Order placed over two weeks ago and it still has not shipped. When I try to get in touch with customer service (an oxymoron), all I get are bots that say they can't answer that question. Never a live person.

I used Babylist for my registry and it worked out well for that purpose, although I did notice that anything from their shop was ridiculously overpriced. Luckily, it looked like only one of our family members ordered something through the Babylist store itself and unfortunately it was something we had already purchased ourselves, but forgot to take off the registry. We returned the item to Babylist no problem, but we were only able to receive a store credit. So, I ordered a bouncer and a set of Dr. Brown’s nipples. The nipples shipped and arrived on time, but the bouncer has yet to ship and I ordered this on 9/28. Customer service has been less than helpful and say my order should ship in another 2-3 days, when it’s already been 2 weeks since I placed the order. The only thing they have offered is to cancel the order, but there would be no point as I would still only have store credit. So incredibly frustrating.

Worst customer service ever. Some of my friends and family got us presents for our baby and ordered directly on Babylist. Please do not let them make that mistake. The same items that they could’ve ordered on Amazon and receive on the same day, didn’t arrive on time for my baby shower. And there’s no estimated shipping date as every time I check, they continue delayed it while the order shows “processing”….. customer service has no answers, just excuses. Do not use babylist for a baby registry. Amazon is way more practical and quick.
