Loved it, got to hear my baby at 8 weeks!

The Doppler has given me piece of mind and it's easy to use. Worth every penny!

I ordered the Sonoline B doppler at 8 weeks for my wife who has been through a number of fertility treatments for our first baby. We were weeks away from our first prenatal appointment after "graduating" from our fertility specialist. This doppler provided the peace of mind that you simply cannot put a price tag on. For the value, it is insanely worth it (in our opinion). The ordered the doppler on a Wednesday and it arrived on a Friday. Lighting speed delivery! That was just with regular ground shipping too! We couldn't locate the heartbeat between 8-9 weeks but at around 10 weeks we found it with no problem! This was to be expected since the manual suggests waiting til 12 weeks. My doctor said you usually wouldn't be able to find it until 12 weeks or so with a home doppler but keep in mind that my wife is 5'5" and 117 lbs, so on the slimmer side, which does play factor on the ease at finding the heartbeat early on. A few tips from our experience: 1. Try on an empty bladder 2. Lay flat down on your back 3. We only use barely a quarter size amount of gel (aloe vera works as well) 4. Position the wand on the gel before turning on the doppler (this helps prevent that crazy static sound) 5. We like to start about 4 inches directly below the belly button, right above the pelvic bone. 6. Instead of moving the wand, just keep it in the same spot and angle it in different directions. You'll be surprise just by one slight change of an angle you can find or miss the heartbeat! 7. It's frustrating the first few times but once you get the hang of it (took us 4 tries), it will be music to your ears! 8. Best of luck and happy listening!

I love my Doppler! I get to hear my daughters heartbeat whenever I want. Great price just doesn't tell you the right number heartrate but totally worth the listen and the price.
