Awesome customer support! And… it works! Takes a little patience but it does work and is easy to use.

I placed an order very early on Sunday morning, 12 NOV 2023. I received an e-mail message sent at 10:32 PM (EST? / CST ?) on Monday, 13 NOV 2023, which said that my order had been shipped. I checked the tracking and it said: "DELIVERY STATUS Label created From BOLINGBROOK, IL US Label Created 11/13/23 3:31 PM DELIVERY DATE We'll add a delivery date as soon as we get your package." As of 7:23 PM EST Thursday 16 NOV 2023 the shipment has not yet been received by FedEx. It is thus over 3 Business Days that the label has been at the warehouse. Maybe they only created a label, but not a package with my stuff to which the label could be attached. I've called twice and left voice mail messages requesting status. There has not yet been a return call.

I heard the babys heart rate so clear took me a while to find it since the little bean is very active and moving around alot. Doppler has made me less worried from when i was before since im so early on. :) I love it 100% recommend

It arrived quickly and in great condition , the price is way better than others I've found , it works well and they sent 2 tubes of ultrasound gel :)

The price was reasonable and I was able to find baby’s heartbeat after trying 2-3 separate times. It even comes with the gel which was helpful. Definitely calmed my nerves to know baby was okay :)

It was truly magical to turn on an easily operated device, apply the gel, and listen to the babies heartbeat with such clarity. Hearing my child’s heart beat at home, in their future room was truly special.
