I ordered on a Sunday and got my order on Tuesday. I contacted customer support and they were quick to respond and helpful. Initially I was worried the doppler didn’t work but once I got it the doppler was wonderful. I use it like every other day to hear my baby and I love it. So happy I got it.

Only thing that’s not even really a bad thing was I never got the email saying the product shipped. I got an initial email thanking me for the order and saying I’d be notified when it shipped. It just showed up.
