Don't believe the return policy. It's almost impossible to return. We bought this, and then before it was opened or used, were given one through insurance. Obviously not needing 2 and still within our return window, I reached out to start the process. Despite saying I want to return, support sent an email asking why I want to return. I replied to that and never heard back, despite sending multiple messages. I'm sure the product works as advertised,but I don't know. We never used it. If you're buying because you value and trust the return policy and satisfaction guarantee, look elsewhere before spending your money.
