As a first time mom to be it is nice to hear the heartbeat as frequestly as you like. Before you become pregnant you wouldn't know how far you go between appointments and that you don't have an ultrasound at each one. Being able to listen to the heart beat on your own just give you some ease and a smile.

I use this monitor every day, it works just like the one at my doctors office. It also came in the mail very quickly.

Picks up steady heart beat with consistency, but the beats per minute does not seem to sync very well. I am a nurse practitioner and am using it for reassurance in my own pregnancy, was hoping to bring it in to clinic but am yet undecided.
