Pretty easy to find heartbeat
Pretty easy to find heartbeat although I’m not sure that the actual heartbeat rate is accurate.

There is no customer service
There is no customer service. They will not answer concerns about returning a product. You are stuck with your purchase.

I highly recommend this product!!
