Fast shipping and the product works as described! Happy with my purchase

I like how friendly the website is. I purchased a baby doppler (2/8/24) and got it delivered a week after (2/16/24). Unfortunately, I received an expired ‘sound enhancing gel’ (from Sept 2023), and contacted customer service right away (2/16/24) so that they could guide me in what to do next. Even though they sent me an automated email saying I would definitely hear from them in the next 24 hours, I waited a whole week (until 2/23/24) and never got a response.

I am obsessed with my baby doppler, the quality of the doppler is amazing and it's easy to use. I also love the app that comes with the doppler

It was a gift to my sister and she loved it. She felt like hearing her baby’s heartbeat every few weeks wasn’t enough. Loved seeing her smile.

This is a high risk pregnancy and I wanted the assurance of being able to hear baby’s heart beat when I cannot yet feel baby move consistently (17 weeks). The Doppler was easy to put together and use. I gave it 4 stars because it is difficult to get a good reading that last longer than about 15 seconds.
