I am frustrated and tired, for weeks we've been calling and no one answers us, we received our baby doppler but something is wrong with it. How do we fix that issue, does your company actually offer customer service? Why is no one talking or answering?

Great product. My wife and I was so excited to be able to hear our little bundle of joy. We ripped it out the box and it took a minute to find where the little guy was hiding but once we did. You can hear the heart beating sooo clear. It gave us an amazing feeling. Great product. Amazing

Honestly so impressed! I'm 11 weeks and I heard my babies heartbeat which was so nice and reassuring, especially since I thought I might be too early to hear it. THE APP is great, the recording for the heartbeat and to be able to share it was amazing. I get to listen to it and share it easily to friends, family and social media. It was so simple and easy to use, found the heartbeat within a minute/30 seconds. Also the package came the next day! I picked 2 day shipping and so elated it came the next day!!!
