Original: This company has been horrible to deal with! The customer service is horrendous. I’ve been trying to return this item for over a month now and keep getting the runaround from customer service. This is anything but an easy return as they claim.

Works but is so quiet! I can tell it’s the heart beat but can barely hear anything, I’m using enough and not too much gel and still having the problem

Absolutely love this product!

I bought the Doppler after being paranoid about not feeling my daughter. At my recent appointment, I found out my daughter died and I had to deliver her at 19 weeks pregnant. This Doppler was delivered right after. I gave it a 5 star review even though I have not used it yet. I’m hoping that I will in the future. The delivery of the product was amazing and I will cherish it until I am able to properly review it.
