Package arrived super fast and I was able to hear my little guy’s heartbeat quickly. It does take a bit of time to find it and can be a little difficult to discern what’s the baby versus just other noises but for someone who likes to check that everything is okay I love it!

When I ordered a doppler for my wife, there was an apparent shipping delay due to UPS not correctly updating the status. When I emailed BabyDoppler about my concerns, they were very prompt and professional in responding to me, encouraging me to check in again if it didn't update in another day, and offering to refund or repeat the order. Fortunately, the error was on UPS' end, and we received the doppler later that day. It works well, and I was very impressed with the customer service I received.

Received my doppler before the expected delivery date (I paid for expedited shipping) and when it arrived I was eager to try it out right away. I was purchasing this to replace another brand I had gotten that had not picked anything up for weeks. I was able to find my baby’s heartbeat right away at 13 weeks. There is some static sounds I was struggling with but after watching some other videos and trying different things I was able to get a nice clear sound the following times I’ve used it. Would highly recommend this brand.

It's been a week and not only have I still not received the Doppler, there has been zero shipping update since the night I ordered, and BabyDoppler wants me to keep waiting. Not a great business practice.
