Easy to use but only if you are past the 1st trimester. We tried to find the heartbeat for 5 minutes then gave up. Made me nervous but had my ultrasound and everything was OK. I won't be using it until I'm at least 14 weeks.

The only reason why I didn't rate 5 stars is because there was difficulty with my order. As a parent who has gone through a stillbirth, when you become pregnant again, your anxiety is extra high and you just want to make sure your baby is okay inbetween appointments. The customer service for BabyDoppler was great however. I messaged about no shipping information for my order and they promptly took care of it. I received my doppler two days later. It works, and I'm very happy with my order.

Super great monitor and helps give peace of mind!!! After doing a lot of research and watching YouTube videos I was able to find Baby’s heart beat in no time! Definitely worth the money.

The product is great. I was able to find my baby's heartbeat at 10 weeks 4 days. The customer service on the site is not good. I got an email saying my order should have been shipped and I should have received tracking info. I did not, so I sent an email to customer service, expecting a reply in 24 hours as stated on the website. I didn't get a reply to that email for 3 or 4 days, after I tried to contact them by the "chat" too. Eventually they responded to one of my requests and gave me the link to my order tracking. One of my two help requests was not responded to until a couple days AFTER I had already gotten the order in the mail. So, product is great, customer service is not

The BabyDoppler is a great product! It has helped ease so much anxiety after multiple miscarriages! I watched a video that helped me find the heartbeat much better, so don’t be afraid to do that. Would definitely buy again.
