Bad service
I payed extra to have a faster delivery, it supposed to arrive on Wednesday, but I get the product on Friday as free with free delivery (I really needed the product as fast as possible) When I wrote to the support team to return the money, they just answered that it’s a busy time and they have delays.

Doppler arrived very quickly and I was able to find the heartbeat instantly at 12 weeks along ! So happy with my purchase. I am high risk, so hearing the heartbeat when I get anxious soothes my mind.
