I’m always skeptical with making purchases offline, because you just never know what your getting. I looked on Amazon to buy a Doppler and none of them had reviews. Somehow I stumbled across this website and was like oh wow it’s cheaper than Amazon and they have reviews. I love my Doppler. It came in quickly and is very easy to work. I have not had in problems with it and love that fact it comes with the gel with your Doppler purchase. I definitely recommend to purchase with them.

Horrible experience from start to finish!!! Ordered & was charged for 100 pieces of equipment for war-torn Ukraine, using charitable contributions. Never received anything, was never contacted & had to beg for a refund! Never even received the promised full refund because of fluctuation in European exchange rates, so the charity lost valuable funds! They said they wanted to continue to work with this charitable effort, which would have been helpful, but they never followed through or offered any proposal. Perhaps they are OK for individuals, but they egregiously let down a very noble opportunity to support Ukrainian women in distress. Such a horrible experience of callous greed & apathy -- I ran out of steam to keep fighting to work with them and/or to receive a full refund!

Everything was straight forward and simple/easy to navigate.

No product recieved after 7 weeks. I have asked for a refund 3 times and am met with a robotic email reply every time asking me to confirm what I want to do. Still waiting for my money back and still getting ignored via email.
