I just received my doppler and it works well. The company communicated well through email. However, it took me a long time, I thought, to receive the doppler. I ordered it on November 28 and it arrived two weeks later December 13. I am not sure if that is the companies fault though, because it shipped out two days after I ordered it. Overall they were good.

I had another Doppler that wasn't working right, and it was a cheaper version, but I bought this one and withing 5 min I found my baby's heartbeat. I'm in my fourth pregnancy, 3rd in two years after two losses. So this brought me comfort. Thank you!

Shipping time was longer than stated and company wanted to make excuses. Product seems ok for the price. Might be too early to hear fetal heartbeat on the handheld Doppler, so I cannot say if it can pick it up or not. I am currently 9 weeks pregnant so I will try again in a few weeks. Thankfully I had an ultrasound at 7 weeks and there was a heartbeat and I have another ultrasound next week. I plan on using this beginning in the second trimester since I couldn’t find the heartbeat now.

Hi Emily, We are very sorry that you are not satisfied with our response. We do not guarentee shipping times as we do not deliver the packages ourselves. Shipping times are estimated based on the carriers. We do label orders as soon as we get them and leave them for the carriers to pick up promptly. Of course, if your package is lost or not delivered within reasonable time and you paid for expedited shipping, we would refund you for a servce that you did not get. We do recommend that you use our product after 12-weeks and we suggest that you always consult your healthcare provider for advice. We wish there was more that we could do.
