Delivery times were accurate (mine was delayed due to a blizzard, but that’s not the company’s fault!), it shipped within the timeline it said it would. Website was easy to navigate.

Ordered my item
Ordered my item. Paid for two day shipping. Here it is, a week later and I have yet to receive my item. Very upset and unsatisfied. Customer service sucks!
