I ordered a sonoline b on February 23rd. I paid for two day shipping. The item was shipped out within two days and arrived on February 27th. Unfortunately when I opened the product the probe that is necessary to use the Doppler was completely broken. I messaged customer service about this that same day on the 27th. I received a reply on February 28th which was fine but the customer service rep asked a question that I didn’t know the answer too, I had attached pictures of the broken product to my initial email so I let them know to please refer to the pictures sent or to please look at my order to know what probe replacement I needed sent to me. It’s not been two days since that email with no response and no probe. Right now I’ve wasted close to $70. I will update this review if customer service ends up helping with this matter. UPDATE: The company did respond back several days later and let me know that a whole new Doppler system would be mailed out to me, I did receive the Doppler system that arrived in good condition on March 7th. I did not receive a refund for the 2 day shipping that I paid for.

It seems the probe type of your original order was out of stock, so on March 2nd we went ahead and sent you a replacement for the entire Doppler kit including a new fetal monitor, different probe type, and sample gel. The replacement package seems to have been delivered on March 7th. Do not recommend, The process has been difficult. Paid extra to receive early. I have not seen any updates through the carrier. Does not even say its in transit. Customer service is no help at all

The company is very responsive! I had an issue with UPS shipping which was no problem with Baby Doppler but they handled my situation promptly responding quickly! I love this doppler. I'm 14 almost 15 weeks and was worried because I didnt hear my baby's heartbeat but I found it immediately with this doppler even though it was my first time using a doppler at home!

I’ve called a few times and every time I talk to someone they just keep saying the next day the next day and almost 2 weeks later I’m still waiting even after paying for the 2 day shipping
