Seller reached out personally to make sure address was correct. I appreciated the extra mile they went. My package shipped quickly and arrived in 3 days. The doppler itself works great for that peace of mind I was looking for in between appointments.

Hi Brianna, Thank you for expressing your concerns. We totally understand how important it is to receive your order in a timely manner. It looks like the package was successfully handed to FedEx but it was affected by a delay the carrier is experiencing. However, we would never want you to pay for a service you didn't get so we refunded the shipping cost for you. New updates are also available for your item. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us if any further assistance is required. Wishing you all the best, The Baby Doppler Team
