The customer service was superb. I accidentally ordered two dopplers after issues with my bank. Before even shipping one out, the company reached out to make sure I actually wanted two. The doppler has been easy and accurate to use. 10/10!

It took a little getting use to, and after watching a YouTube video on techniques of how to find heartbeat (I was 10w3d when I got the Doppler and found heartbeat), it was magical. It has helped ease my anxiety majorly as I’ve been having some complications.

My Doppler came with the logo upside down and it just looks tacky and unprofessional. In order for them to send me a new one they wanted me to cut the cord and send them a picture and now have to wait another week for a new one to arrive.
