Shipping took a lot longer then it was…
Shipping took a lot longer then it was supposed too. I had paid for two day shipping, after 4 days I had no received any shipping information so I emailed the company. They did refund me my shipping however it still took a week to get and I was never able to track my shipping, no updates were available. Waiting a week is not that big of a deal but the whole point of my purchase was to be able to hear my baby’s heart beat without waiting before my appointment and it did not arrive on time. When spending the kind of money I did I do have expectations that my product will be delivered when it is supposed too.
