Same. Same message. I feel so stupid……grrrrrr. This was a hurry and order for my first granddaughter born last night. I was so ticked!!!!!! Scam artists. Reporting Monday morning if no refund. Beyond frustrating.#34807 reference number 34807 from “company”

This is ridiculous I got the same message and did not get a refund to date. I have no number to contact them. They are theives....

I was planning a Celebration of Life event in SC; from OH. I googled “local florists in West Columbia, SC”. They popped up as #1 local florist. I should’ve dug deeper and read reviews first, but instead, I ordered nearly $500 of flowers for my Father-in-Laws event. My experience is the same as everyone else. Order immediately canceled. Promised a refund. Didn’t get it. I received the emails confirming cancellation, but when I tried to respond the email was kicked back. I tried the customer service number and the Verizon customer “isn’t taking calls at this time’. I contacted Amex, told them the story, and they refunded the money through the dispute department. It’s a shame that there are people out there scamming people who’ve just lost a loved one.

Updated:I did end up getting a refund. But only after they saw this review. I still wouldn't ever use this service ever again. I wish I had read reviews. Not sure how this business can keep scamming people and get away with it!! Same as others. You pay. They say flowers can't get delivered. You never get your $ back.

I ordered flowers from their website. They guarantee delivery anywhere, 100% refund for nondeliverables, etc. Later that day I received an email that they canceled my order without a reason being given. I emailed back and didn't get a reply, so I called. The phone call is the reason for my 1 star review. They tried to rush me off the phone without answering my questions 3 times. They just kept saying, "You'll get your money back, goodbye." I was actually still trying to make a purchase. Finally she says she's too busy and she hung up on me. I called and asked to speak with the customer service manager, Frank, who also didn't seem to care I'd been hung up on. He insinuated that was likely normal because they are busy. My recommendation is to make them less busy by not giving them any business. It's not worth it.

Need to be more relaibable. I ordered on line and later in the day they wrote back with a note that a credit was issued to my card because they florist in our area would not deliver. I was very dissapoointed because we had told someone to be on the look out for the flowers and then the notice of cancelation. Here is the information sent to me: On Thu, Aug 31, 2023 at 10:35 AM Baby Blue Florist wrote: Hello Raul, I am writing to inform you that your order has been cancelled. Unfortunately, the florist in your area was unable to deliver your flowers. I am not sure why this is the case, but I will investigate and make sure that it does not happen again. In the meantime, I have issued a full refund to your credit card. The money should be reflected on your credit card statement within 2 business days, or sooner, depending on your bank's policies. I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do for you. Thank you for your understanding! BE AWARE!! This Co. behave like a Scam . Never delivered the Flowers, They lied to be local , and keep the monies . When I called for a Refund , they lied again and did not refunded the charge . Do Not Use This Co. they should be shut down by the Consumer Protection Office .

Stay away from this company! My bf placed an order, it was canceled with a refund promised, but he's yet to see his money back. Reading reviews, it's clear we're not alone. Deceptive practices seem to be their standard. Beware and find a trustworthy alternative. It's frustrating to see that despite countless complaints and shared stories, this company continues to operate in such a deceitful manner.
