3 weeks have passed already and they don’t do nothing about my refund. Just responding my emails asking for patience, when I just want my money back. My order got cancelled 30mins after being placed

I too was scammed by this florist. I ordered flowers to be delivered and within the hour I was told for some "unknown " reasons they were not able to be delivered. And was promised a refund in the next 2-3 business days. A week later it still wasn't refunded so I called and was promised again it would be refunded. Another week went by and I tried calling and calling and they wouldn't even answer the phone. I went online and wrote a bad review. I finally heard again from the florist saying they needed more information. After giving them my order number, I received another email saying they were looking into the matter. I was persistent and keep asking for my money through two more emails. Finally I was credited to my account. I shouldn't have to BEG for my money when they were the ones who canceled my order!!! I am now afraid to order any flowers from any florist. Baby Blue florist is a scam. Don't use this florist!

HORRIBLE SCAM. I put in an order and it was canceled within 10 minutes saying they refunded my card. It has been almost a month and no refund. Going to call my bank and dispute the charge. No flowers? NO PAYMENT.

I really wouldn’t even give them one star, but they did acknowledge that they couldn’t complete the order. On the other hand, I never received the credit to my card which they promised.

Like many others here, I placed an order that was canceled with the promise that my order would be refunded. It was not. Customer service claimed the refund didn’t go through because there was an issue with my bank. Never have had an issue with my bank when it comes to refunds but even if that was the case wouldn’t this company have notified me? After reading multiple other reviews it seems likely this website is a scam.

If I could do 0 star!!! This company is a scam! Billed me close to $70 and canceled my order as they couldn’t produce the design/flowers I ordered. Gave time for refund to be credited but nothing came! Called and guy named “Fred” said refund is on it’s way, just had some issues with the refund. I then gave time and it’s close to a month now from the date I ordered! I Had to file a dispute to my CC and now I’m waiting on a replacement card!!!! Scam alert!!!

Stole upwards of $100 from me. Flowers were never delivered, all responses from customer service are canned replies. If you don't dispute with your cc you will NOT get your money back. Edit. They're now trying to get me to take my review down instead of refunding me.

Ordered flowers for a family death. Same day was told flowers could not be delivered and our account would be credited. We were charged. After many attempts to get our money back we finally contacted American Express on September 28th. They credited our account and they will deal with the company.
