I did an order online , moments later my order was cancelled . I felt as if this was a scam , I read the reviews and I called them again. A manager reached out to me , refunded me my money , apologized, and still delivered my order. Through the whole refund process they reassured me I would get my money back , sent copies of the refund processing . Emailed me and told me my refund should be in my account and it was . Hazel D. They came through delivered a beautiful set of flowers and even refunded my money cause it had to be on a different day. I recommend Seems like good folks

It was unfortunate that the burial flowers were not able to be delivered ,hopefully they can find and work with a better delivery system. That said, the customer service "happiness manager" Cathleen Kaur was amazing and I was sent my refund quickly along with a very nice note. I give her the 5 stars.Thank you
