Please shut this website down! I ordered flowers for a friend thag lost a baby and just like everyone same repetitive email blah blah, 8 days now no refund only an email back and forth that come rather quickly. Scammmmmmers please dont use learn from us!!!!

I don't know why I didn't make it to these reviews before placing an order. I placed an order and not even an hour. I received an email stating that, the flowers I wanted was not available at the local flower shop, and that I should be receiving a refund in 2 business days depending on my bank. After reading all these reviews, this website needs to be reported and shut down. If I don't receive my refund in 2 business days, I will be reporting this site to someone and have this company investigated. I do work for district judges and this can be investigated due to it being a SCAM! My card and other customers cards should have not been charged until the flower arrangements were purchasable at whatever local flower shop you all use for that customers area. I have all my screens hots and documents of this company and the email about my refund. If nothing happens in 2 days, I'm taking it further.

I Ordered a sympathy plant from these scammers I needed it delivered Yesterday for my sister in laws Mother's funeral , I called this morning Their Customer Service Person rattled off an incomplete Email address , I got a email today when I corrected it that Baby Blue Florist told me the local florist couldn't deliver cause they couldn't find the address Which is a lie . I was told a refund in 3 to 7 working days , I told her if I do not see my refund I expect it in 3-7 days I am going to go to the state AG in their state and file a formal complaint against them , She had been real snippy with me till I mentioned filing a formal complaint with their state AG

Should have read the reviews before ordering. Credit card was charged, flowers never arrived. As other reviews have noted, this merchant is a scam. Don't order from them, you will be sorry! Update: Refund was provided and I have received my funds. However, why did it take a negative review to get refund?

Placed order online. Never received a follow up email stating that order was out for delivery. When I called to check on the status, then an email was sent saying order was cancelled and also stated a refund receipt. This is the third week, and I still haven't received my refund. THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!

This is a SCAM! Do not order from Baby Blue Florist! I ordered and received a confirmation and then was sent a refund receipt which they have not refunded.

Just like everyone else, I ordered flowers and immediately received and email stating they did not have that arrangement available. This was over two weeks ago and I have yet to get a refund of over $80. I have reached out and still nothing deposited back to my account. Your 3-5 business days is long gone, what could possibly be your excuse this time ? Obviously a scam, do NOT order from here.

The company canceled my order stating they didn't have the flowers in stock. They didn't even try to contact me to see if I wanted to select a different arrangement, they had my phone number and my email from my order, as I received confirmation within minutes. I received an e-mail from the customer service representative stating they would refund my full amount within 5 days. I called a week later inquiring as to the refund, and was told it would be processed the next day. I still have not received the refund, and it has been an additional 5 days. Very disappointed!!!
