Tony is an amazing kind person with alot of patience. He helped me thru the process of ordering my order for flowers for my daughter in law's birthday, He is a great asset to your company. However, I am disappointed with the flowers. I ordered them because of the lilies in the arrangement but there were no lilies in the flowers delivered. Also they left flowers on porch when asked not to do that.

I too ordered from Baby Blue Florist and had my order canceled. The money was to be refunded. I then read the reviews, saying people had the exact same thing happen and they were fighting for their money to be returned. I got scared. What I didn't understand was this is an online company that uses local florists, so they have to work with what the local florists have. After a week, (in their defense there was a holiday within that week) I was contacted by customer service. They apologized and sent me a copy of the processed refund from the bank. They are reordering something different for me, and I am 100% pleased with the service.
